I'm drawn to Corny. The hubby would say Goofy but I'll stick with Corny. If you have been reading me for a while you know I get it from my Dad. Whatever you say about him that man could make us laugh. So when I saw this article about recycling cheese whey I just had to share it.
Did you know that for every 1 pound of cheese created cheese makers have 9 pound of whey to get rid of? They spend thousands of dollars environmentally disposing of it in landfills, feeding it to pigs or fertilizing fields. Yikes! Could you imagine your fields smelling like Epoisses?
