Now this is really clever!

Killing two birds with one stone is probably inappropriate when you are talking about recycling but here goes?

We are all aware that we make way too much trash. So I was really intrigued by Mariah Reading who canvasses national parks and turns junk into into works of art. You can read the full story HERE but here are a few pics to peak you interest.

This last one is a cracked hubcap and is her favorite of all. Isn't this clever? No need to complain about the cost of canvases!

This week I really left my comfort zone by taking a reverse decoupage class from the VERY talented Nancy Breiman. You can see all of her beautiful artwork and upcoming workshops (for those of you in the area) HERE.
