Saying this time of year is CRAZY....
is like saying snow is cold or serano chilies are hot. So I am going to take a more useful turn. The good news is it is such a festive time of year with tons of parties, family and love (when we slow down enough to appreciate it).
We all want to chip in when it comes to food so I wanted to share with you one of my favorite appetizers that is only available at this time of year - Christmas Guacamole. I hope you will make it as it is really good, easy and different. My small gift to you!
